“Our solar system was installed at the end of last year. The work done was professional and went without any hitches. With my first electricity bill my power usage has halved, but I think I can make a few life adjustments to lower it further. e.g. remember to run the dishwasher by day, not at night. Further: last weekend we had a circuit breaker blow in the meter box and at the same time the solar system said, "Off Grid". I panicked but the technician came within 30 minutes. The circuit breaker, and a second one, were faulty, and the 'Off Grid" message was only a 5-min temporary message (after the breaker blew). The problem was my circuit breakers and actually had nothing to do with the Energy Flow system. But the guys fixed it promptly and I breathed a sigh of relief. Thanks :-)”
